• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing training materials.

• Assisting with requirements verification and tracking for new En Route and Terminal Air Traffic Control tools and systems.
• Assisting with identifying potential inconsistencies and usability issues as they relate to any changes in ERAM, such as the operational use of CPDLC, future Sector Enhancements and Tech Refresh.
• Assisting with testing development and execution.
• Interfacing with user teams, system engineers and other program personnel as necessary
• Producing briefing materials as required.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the FAA as needed.
