Mattel’s direct-to-consumer business has an ambitious growth agenda and is on the journey to scaling into a global organization.
The Opportunity:
As a CRM marketing Sr. Coordinator within the DTC organization, you will be responsible for building and executing customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns and tactics, primarily through email but also using consumer channels such as web push, SMS and more. You will implement tests to support our Learning Agenda and continually surface opportunities to expand our knowledge base. As a voice of the team, you will understand and confidently communicate best practices and team learnings to our partners. You must be data-driven and customer-obsessed in how you approach your work.
You will work closely with the CRM Manager to support Digital Merchandising, Digital Product, Global Brand and National Account teams to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Support delivery of high-quality, accurate and on-time campaigns
- With support from the Manager, provide campaign reporting and data-driven insights to our team and our partners
- Assist with the CRM Learning Agenda to continually test and learn across campaigns
- Learn CRM best practices and be a spokesperson with our partners to ensure these practices are implemented across our campaigns
- Establish strong working relationships with our vendor partners
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in a hands-on email operations role or similar experience required
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong project management and time management skills
- Data savviness and ability to drive insights from data
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and urgent timelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience within a direct-to-consumer retail and multi-brand environment is a plus
The base hourly rate for this position is between $30.00 and $40.85.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
