Role: Sr. Electrical Engineer

Overview

Carlson Design Group is actively seeking a creative, highly talented senior electrical engineer to join our engineering team to be a part of our expanding business.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of design solutions

Provide technical design support to the design team

Prepare schematic designs, Construction Documents and specifications in compliance with project program and building design

Coordinate designs with other disciplines, manufacturers and vendors

Perform field surveys and observations

Responsible for completeness and accuracy of construction documents and coordination with other disciplines

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering

10 years minimum work experience

Licensed Engineer

NCEES Accredited

Competency in AutoCAD and Revit required

Experience preparing Arc Flash and Breaker Coordination Analysis

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite

Problem Solver

Strong Written and Verbal Communication

Self-directed

Attention to Detail

Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
