Job description
Our client is looking for 3 skilled Service Desk professionals for a 6 month contract. The appropriate candidate will be working as Service Desk Technician in a large prestigious company. Must have a flexible schedule supporting Monday-Friday 7am-6pm hours. This position will start off as a remote position, but will eventually be onsite. Must be Covid vaccinated.
Duties:
- Provide support to users with their software, application and password reset needs
- Some basic Network troubleshooting
- Active Directory and Citrix Support
- Other direction from Service desk to support IT and end user support
Requirements:
- 3+ years Service Desk Support Experience
- Hardware, Software, and OS troubleshooting
- Windows 10 support experience
- Outlook, Citrix, Active Directory support and troubleshooting
- Some basic networking troubleshooting experience
- Peripheral support and troubleshooting
- Worked with Remedy or other troubleticket tracking software
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
