Job Summary:

This position will support Investor Relations activities. Responsibilities include the creation of quarterly earnings materials, press releases, financial disclosures, SEC filings and other investor communications. Candidate must have effective communication and writing skills and will be responsible for materials shared with the investment community. An understanding of financial reporting and financial statement analysis is also important. The position will work closely with associates across the organization to maintain our corporate narrative. The role reports directly to the VP of Investor Relations and includes frequent engagement with senior management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Creation and support of quarterly earnings materials including the press release, conference call script, and Q&A preparation
  • Creation of investor focused presentations, slide decks and Board of Director materials
  • Maintenance of the Investor Relations website and positing of materials through webhost provider
  • Managing logistics for non-deal roadshows and investor conferences
  • Working with third party vendors on investor targeting and shareholder insight
  • Engagement with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors to communicate corporate strategy and maintain relationships
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or any other related field.

  • 3 - 5 years experience

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in a corporate finance role (Treasury, Investor Relations, or related field)

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to work with senior management, including top-level executives and foster collaboration

  • Proficient PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters/MBA

  • 5 - 7 years experience working with earnings material, writing the earnings scripts, preparing presentations

  • Develop earnings material, scripts, and presentation for board meetings

  • In depth understanding of financial statements

  • Experience with preparing material for press releases

  • Ability to engage and collaborate with senior management, including top level executives

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills

  • Preferred Professional Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Series 7, 63
