Drive efficient and effective deployment of Software ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) & DevSecOps tools with additional focus on US Export controlled toolchain. You will provide inputs to IT strategy and be the key liaison between business and IT leadership teams to validate customer requirements and solution for deployment of ALM GDM and other tools. You will drive solution discussion, and partner with business leaders, Honeywell Learning and Honeywell User Experience teams to ensure effective training is provided to facilitate rapid adoption applications. The key focus is on Export control tools with end-to-end accountability and support. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering value to the businesses through implementation of contemporary DevSecOps solutions and leveraging existing assets to enable the business strategy, achieve goals, value drivers and KPIs.

The successful candidate (you) will

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to US Export Control \ ITAR Tools operations & support, follow defined best practices, implement support process, and maintain a robust setup for supporting ITAR Toolchain such as Atlassian tools and secure development tools in collaboration with Digital Product Security Team.
• Coordinate application deployments, upgrades and changes with the relevant application development teams, business stakeholders and IT, define the upgrade and communication plan for the tool’s users, send out upgrade, informational and outage notifications
• Implement robust operational monitoring for all ITAR tools in scope with publicly visible dashboards and application availability status (Status page), ensure alerting is sent to appropriate stakeholders in case of application or infrastructure outage
• Drive business requirements and roll out implementations
• Work with all business groups and finalize the common process model and convergence solution
• Recommend test strategy, drive validations, and sign off for implementation
• Help Honeywell business groups to analyze and Provide inputs to build business case
• Work with suppliers and other stake holders to Drive rapid issue resolution
• Keep Process documentation and specification updated
• Ensure a five-star user experience and address improvement requests and suggestion
• Understand and adhere to established US export control and other regulations defined for the environment
• Responsible for Export control toolchain deployment and support

YOU MUST HAVE

• Candidate with Bachelor’s / MBA degree and have large scale IT implementation skill
• 10 – 12 years of overall experience in software development, 5 years in Digital Transformation or DevSecOps deployments
• Strong project management and people management skills with minimum 5 years exp. In this area
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with tools operations and excellence in DevOps tools like Atlassian
• Experience with secure development tools like BlackDuck Hub, Coverity, SD Elements is a PLUS.
• Must be US Citizen to support restricted content projects
