The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting will provide leadership to the corporate accounting team (supports both Crocs and HEYDUDE brands) and will act as a key advisor on accounting processes for strategic IT projects and ERP implementations planned over the next few years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as a subject matter expert in global areas of responsibility including financial close, consolidations, fixed assets, and lease accounting.
• Supervise the work of Managers and Senior Accountants responsible for areas of responsibility.
• Be an agent of change, including identifying improvement opportunities and challenging the status quo.
• Contributes to the development of the long-term strategy for the areas of responsibility and team development.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization.
• Potential for domestic and international travel up to 20%.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 10+ years of experience in consolidations, foreign currency and internal controls and 3+ years people management experience.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience with large ERP's (SAP and/or Oracle) and consolidations systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record to work cross functionally and adapt to change are very important.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
