DexCare is seeking a Sr Manager of IT who will lead the effort to develop, implement and maintain a strategic plan for evolving our internal technical infrastructure. You will lead a small team of IT staff responsible for determining business requirements for IT systems, managing the design, implementation, and support of DexCare’s IT infrastructure, and eliminating and preventing security risks. You will also be responsible for our internal support desk. You will ensure an elevated level of service while delivering business value and ensuring a broad adoption of your teams' tools and services across the entire engineering organization.

Qualifications/What You'll Do

  • 5+ years of relevant on the job experience leading a modern IT organization
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution – simultaneously supporting existing IT infrastructure while constantly evaluating and evolving.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills paired with a relentless focus on supporting your customers
  • Proven history of successfully building, supporting, evolving, and protecting IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing significant IT budgets with a proven process and methodology for selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software.
  • Comfortable leading several types of teams including IT, network, help desk and security.
  • Up to date knowledge of current and emerging technologies and best practices.
  • History of successfully building IT organizations and leading transformations from manually driven processes to full automation that drive reliable and secure IT practices.
  • Strong competence and experience with systems, network, and software security requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment engaging internal stakeholders on a number of varying topics.
  • Proven ability to attract and retain top tier tech talent

The salary range for this role is from $140,000 to $175,000. The hired applicant will also be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
