As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions Facility Solutions Group is expanding its staff and seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our FSG Houston team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sr. Project Manager you will be assigned top tier large-scale service projects and built services to manage and grow the business. You skillfully work with our project management, estimating, and sales departments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Excel, Word and have excellent customer service skills.

A Sr. Project Manager will:

• Work with sales and other internal groups to determine the proper bid strategy
• Files and maintains all quotation related documents in appropriate software
• Process project submittal requests within 24 hours of request
• Review post bid approvals on all assigned projects
• Posses current knowledge of market conditions and innovations that can improve productivity
• Consults with clients, vendors, foremen, and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Estimate changes for addendums on projects
• Provides proper project turn-overs to management
• Accu-Bid software experience a plus

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED or experience in Service Project Management, Estimating, Construction
• Experience using AccuBid
• MUST be able to pass drug and background screen
• Must work at an intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask while staying organized
• Self-Motivated
• Positive customer service skills
