WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.
- Design and develop the user-facing components for the Zonar technology stack, including Angular libraries.
- Oversee code contributions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Break down large epics or features into a workable backlog for the engineering team.
- Work with web applications, REST APIs, Google Cloud Platform, databases, and services that are used by thousands of customers daily.
- Implement, deploy, and maintain services via Kubernetes on the Google Cloud Platform.
- Work in a fast-paced Scrum environment in a pod of 4-8 software engineers to create, maintain, and monitor services.
- Work closely with other team members and product in guiding software architecture and technology decisions.
- Follow software engineering best practices in code, architecture, and testing.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior engineers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Must be proficient with practical experience in Angular 2+, CSS, and HTML
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- A passion for developing products, working in teams.
- A focus on user-oriented development and end-user satisfaction.
- 5+ years working on software development teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to lead and mentor onshore and offshore team members.
