My client is seeking a candidate who is savvy in accounting and enjoys administrative tasks. It is a challenging role with busy deadlines. An ideal candidate must be very organized and able and willing to track and communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress status on multiple initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with corporate invoice entry for accounts payable
  • Reconcile large vendor statements and obtain approvals from department heads.
  • Assist with month-end close reconciliations over various areas
  • Prepare debt schedules for the company’s corporate debt
  • Assist with compiling financial reports for lenders and investors
  • Creating & booking recurring manual journals
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with corporate invoice entry for accounts payable
  • Reconcile large vendor statements and obtain approvals from department heads.
  • Assist with audit information requests external and internal

  • Assist with distributing tax related document to partners
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets on tax and audit deliverables to make sure the company can effectively communicate deadlines.
  • Special projects as needed

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
