We are looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join our team and provide excellent patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy of medication orders, providing drug information and counseling to patients, and maintaining accurate records. The Staff Pharmacist must be knowledgeable in all areas of pharmacy practice, including the ability to interpret physician orders and provide drug information to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and timely information to patients and health care professionals.
• Ensure that all prescriptions are filled in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed.
• Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety.
• Provide patient counseling on the proper use of medications.
• Ensure that all medications are stored properly and securely.
