• Insert candidate data into Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contact Contractors for credentialing and billing purposes.
• Assist with candidate background checks.
• Verify Contractor credentials, and communicate Contractor's availability to assigned team members.
• Maintain follow-up status of candidates including interviews and placement.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Excel, Word, and Google documents.
• Minimum of (6) months experience in a customer service role, preferably a role that involved continuous phone use.
• Comfortable providing detailed directions over the phone and via email in relation to billing or invoice challenges.
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
