· Staffing Specialist

· We are looking for a staffing specialist that can multi-task, loves to communicate with individuals and has at least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry.

· Duties will include, reaching out to all clients and assisting in filling shifts, scheduling interviews, Assisting in the payroll process, Recruit new applicants, perform outbound calls and utilizing our texting application, process and assist in onboarding new employees, promote culture of safety, assist in worker comp claims, attend job fairs. Emails must be checked and addressed a minimum of once an hour. Appearance and attitude must be professional.

Qualifications:

· Education Requirements: High School degree required. Associate degree preferred

· Skill/Experience Requirements: customer service and sales experience preferred

· Client-Specific Requirements: Ability to build relationships with diverse populations, ability to relate to management and employees, ability to read and interpret manuals, basic computer knowledge

· Additional Requirements: 2+ years of staffing experience

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
