DB WELL Employment Solutions is a growing company providing growth opportunities for our employees. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter flexible schedule, incentives and bonus programs, benefits and much more!

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.

Provide new hires with complete new hire packet including work eligibility documents, tax forms, company policies, and payroll forms.

Conduct background checks and drug screens on new hires as needed.

Follow-up routinely with existing associates to make sure their assignments are going as expected.

Develop complete job descriptions for client openings and sell applicants on the position· Orientate new employees

Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required

Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creating job postings

Contacting potential candidates and conducting phone interviews

Conduct In-person interviews with candidates

Selecting candidates that meet the customers’ requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
