Standing Forklift Driver / Reach Trucks Duties:

• Inventory control experience
• Strong understanding of replenishment
• Ability to accurately replenish inventory
• Operate a reach forklift
• Receive and sort inventory
• Get customer orders ready for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Help keep the warehouse clean

You'll also need to be able to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around

What to keep in mind:

• Safety. Your safety is the most important thing to us, so we provide protective gear. All teams share safety. You must be able to help keep our other associate safe and know the safety checks and procedures for a forklift.
• Surroundings. You’ll be working around moving machines – order pickers, stand-up forklifts, electric pallets, carts...
• Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required with steel toe.

Standing Forklift Driver / Reach Trucks Duties Requirements:

• Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines
• Cares about their team and cares about customers
• Help build a safety culture
• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods preferred, not required
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in standing position

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and can be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
