Brown Company prides itself on its quality workforce and its reputable products. We are currently seeking qualified Blasters/Finishers for our 2nd shift operations.

Schedule for the 2nd Shift opening is 3:00pm - 1:00am Monday through Thursday. (*Must be available to train on 1st Shift)

Responsibilities and Duties

The Blaster/Finisher will be responsible for surface preparation and finishing of steel. This will include blasting, painting and metalizing duties and will require being fitted and trained for a respirator if hired. Candidate must have experience reading blueprints, excellent attendance history, and should have a strong attention to detail.
