OVERVIEW

UNOde50 was founded in the late 1990s by a group of designers who resolved to establish a brand of fashion jewelry and accessories that would break all existing molds. The project was based on the creation of pieces with a unique and distinctive style, which soon became known for their flair and innovation.

This fusion of tradition and modernity was the breeding ground for a new and different brand, steeped in a spirit of craftsmanship and signaling exclusivity through its design and quality. The brand started out with the original and exclusive philosophy of creating only 50 units of each design, thereby supplying the trademark name. This unorthodox approach soon proved an unqualified success.

Over time, UNOde50’s production and family have grown, although the name has remained in order to remind us that, just as on the very first day, the quality and exclusiveness of each piece are our first priority.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process incoming shipments/transfers in a timely manner
• Validate shipment for accuracy and promptly report discrepancies to the SM for investigation
• Properly stock, organize, and maintain backroom following Brand Standards

• All product should be in order and have a barcode on the outer and attached to the product

• Review damages with the SM
• Execute and process RTVs (out of season, returns to Spain, etc) within the timeframe allotted by corporate
• Ensure that store transfers are properly executed and shipped in a timely manner
• Ensure that shipping material/supplies are on hand at all times
• Execute a cycle count of the entire store once a month (or more depending on direction from SM)
• Execute a partial cycle count weekly as directed by corporate communication
• Partner with SM to ensure that associates are properly bagging, tagging, and restocking product
• Ensure that the backroom remains organized, clean, and free of obstructions
• During peak hours/season, able to provide support with cashiering, packaging, and replenishing the sales floor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Open availability.
• Ability to work with team members globally and locally.
• Able to find a solution without all the answers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Is a self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision.

• Be able to lift, pull and carry a minimum of 35lbs.
