Five Lakes Coffee now has 8 stores and is growing fast!

We are looking for a Store Manager for our Sturgis store.

A great candidate is someone who can take charge, has high energy, fun to be around, and can manage the day-to-day operations of running the business.

We are looking for candidates to develop and cross train in aspects of:

Leadership- Ability to positively lead and develop a team.

Administrative- Ability to staff and stock the store while meeting all deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets.

Organizational- Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment both inside and outside the store.

Customer Service- Growing sales and developing loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast, friendly, efficient manner.

Store Manager Requirements:

• On the floor hours as barista & line support typically vary from 36-40 hours, more hours may be necessary in emergencies, and extreme circumstances
• Makes the store schedule & enforce attendance policies
• Places all weekly product orders
• Handles cash deposits, and ensure proper records are kept
• Keeps accurate store records as required
• Hires, trains, and manages team members
• Provides coaching and direction for the team to ensure growth
• Ensures exceptional customer service, with a customer first focus
• Ability to solve problems independently during high volume times

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
