Looking for a hard-working individual that is willing to put the work in to be a great manager!

A Subway Manager performs and directs overall restaurant management. They direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are always maintained. Managers are also responsible for maintaining the standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff, over sees training program, and responsible for inventory and money control system.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Daily prep and sandwich making

- Completes and posts the staff work schedules

- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, your own transportation, and a cell phone

- Recruits, trains, and terminates staff as needed

- Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff

- Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed

- Maintains business records as outlined in the SUBWAY ® courses as directed

- Communication with the office and fellow managers on a regular basis

- Food order and Weekly inventories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
