Jonny Boy Cookies is looking for a store manager for our Savannah location. We are located at Starland Yard, a food truck park and outdoor bar, at 2411 De Soto Ave Savannah, GA. We currently operate from our food truck 7 days a week, but will soon have a permanent location at Starland Yard that operates outside of Starland hours.

We are looking for a dedicated, dependable, and self-driven individual with exceptional customer service and people skills. You will be the primary operator as well as the first point of contact for our Savannah team, consisting of 4-5 people. This is a physical job and you must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet, standing and walking, for long periods of time. As the manager, you will play a large role in continually creating and developing systems to improve work flow and customer service.

Responsibilities

*Baking cookies, creating hot & cold beverages, preparing cookie orders, & serving customers *Cleaning and sanitizing work space and equipment *Training employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Conducting weekly team check-ins and monthly team meetings *Providing feedback to upper management for team members' 90-day, quarterly, and annual evaluations *Attending virtual weekly management meetings with upper management team *Scheduling yourself and your team to ensure adequate staffing, managing time off requests and any staffing issues that may arise *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Ensuring appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place

Qualifications

*Proven experience as a store manager in any industry *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be on feet, standing and walking, for long periods of time

Baking is a required task of this job, but prior experience is not required. Experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required. A passed background check IS required and will be conducted for any potential candidates.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
