Join our team as a Store Manager at Scooter's Coffee! As a Store Manager, you will oversee and direct store operations to ensure an efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Your role will include being a role model for Store Supervisor and Barista responsibilities and ensuring proper training for all team members.

We are looking for a candidate with prior management experience who can work collaboratively with Store Supervisor and Shift Leaders to maintain a fully staffed store, keep inventory, deposits, and orders on track, and ensure that baristas are properly trained.In addition to a competitive salary, we offer bonuses based on reaching pre-determined labor, Costs of Goods and Speed Goals. You will earn PTO weekly from your start date and have access to a free specialty drink and discounted food while on shift. When off shift, you will receive a 30% discount on drinks, food, and tumblers.

Your schedule will be set at 40 hours per week, guaranteeing full-time hours. You will receive a Scooter's Coffee t-shirt and two branded aprons, with an easy-to-follow dress code. Our HR department will complete direct deposit payroll every other week, and we offer leadership training programs to promote upward mobility within the franchise.

As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include weekly product orders, weekly or bi-weekly schedules completed on time, ensuring appropriate staffing for sales, completing daily cash deposits and change orders, performing shift opening and closing duties, greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and pastries, cleaning and maintaining the store, ensuring proper food handling procedures, stocking and replenishing food, beverages, and utensils, and communicating with Baristas, Store Supervisor, and Regional Manager.
