Salary $45,000 a year average starting pay that includes a monthly commission based on store sales and productivity
- The Store Manager maintains primary responsibility for the achievement of store objectives, the implementation of Company policies and procedures, staffing, merchandising, and maintaining Top Stop & Chevron standards of customer service and image.
- The Store Manager is responsible for day to day convenience store operations which includes but is not limited to scheduling, training and supervising employees and assistant manager
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
- Recruiting, hiring and training of store employees
- Motivates, encourages and challenges all employees to ensure they deliver excellent customer service
- Manages weekly work schedule and ensures store is adequately staff at all times
- Completes daily paperwork and store inventory audits
- Manages the security and proper handling of all store funds, inventory and assets
- Manager is expected to set priorities and meet deadlines
