Duties and Key Responsibilities

The Storeroom Clerk replenishes supplies to areas of the hospital according to established policy and procedures. The daily receipts, inventories, stocking and dispensing of supplies. The daily pickup, receipt and delivery of mail from Accounting and Administration. Processes Print Shop supply orders. Accurately enters computer data and completes paperwork to eliminate errors in receiving and distribution within the ORMED system.

Requirements

• Ability to work holidays as needed.

• Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

Education/Certifications

• High school graduate or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required.

• Basic knowledge/understanding of healthcare products and inventory control preferred.
