• Develop OSD staffing packages that include time‐sensitive requirements for senior leadership approval to include the Secretary of Defense and National Security Council.
• Provide recommendations for the development of policy for senior decision maker’s consideration and gathering information that assists senior leadership in monitoring policy compliance.

• Develop and coordinate staff packages to enable clandestine technical operations, access operations, special operations, and technical mission integration efforts within DoD and across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Defense Community.

• Coordinate and synchronize special access capabilities and other sensitive activities to provide enhanced operational integration and collaboration.

• Formulate recommend course of action based on research and available data on matters of relevance to the both directorate and OUSD(I&S).
• Provide technical collection, HUMINT, or cyber expertise to inform decision making, integration, and analysis as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate degree preferred
• Required Organizational Experience: Demonstrated experience in bringing about strategic change, both within and outside the organization, to meet organizational goals. Knowledge of establishing an organizational vision and implementing it in a continuously changing environment.
• Required Management Experience: Demonstrated experience making decisions that produce high-quality results by applying technical knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks. Demonstrated ability to manage human, financial, and information resources strategically.
• Required Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Demonstrated ability to provide an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork and supports constructive resolution of conflicts.
• Interagency Experience: Demonstrated ability to build coalitions internally and with other Federal agencies, State and local governments, nonprofit and private sector organizations, foreign governments, or international organizations to achieve common goals.
