Job description
Implement & Manage Strategic Programs, as follows:
- Serve as primary manager of Signature and SupportProgrammodalities
- Participate in working groups to refine programs and processes
- Oversee all procedural steps from program development lead, through proposal and implementation
- Authorand submit new program/serviceproposalsand overviews, with support from correspondingCampus Partnershipsteam member
- Pricingmodifiedelements with the pricing team
- Manage all signature and support-service associated memoranda of understanding, agreements and contracts with sending institutions
- Create the customized application link to send to students and thestudy abroad office (SAO)
- Keep track of the total roster of signature programs and support services implemented or in process, including data on enrollment, revenue and evaluative inputs
- Registerstudents on programs, as applicable,and assist through initial questions for creating a student profile
- Invoice universities or liaise with correspondingaccount managerto be in sync with invoicing for other modalities, includingthemanagement of charges and payment via the student portal.
- Collaborate withProduct Leads,Resident Staff,Enrollment Management teamand University Partnerships teamregarding their respective roles (outlined on Process Flow documents)
- Maintain communications with university partners
- Maintain and advance the promotional and outreach materials with Strategic Program modalities
- Duties may also include but are not limited to admission support such as following up with students and the SAO to collect pre-departure information
- Campus PartnershipsCoordination and Project Support
- Workwith Campus Partnerships on projects related toSignature programming
- Conductguided research onpartnershipopportunities, select markets, modalities and new products and populations
- Support Campus Partnerships reporting needs
- Provide assistancewith implementation of product and service modalitieswithin theStrategic Program portfolio
- Develop program recommendations and coordinate their approval with Academic Affairs
- Assist with development and coordination of anyWorkshop-seriesrelated events
Other Responsibilitiesand Projects
- Approximately once each year,serve as Health Safety and Security' Person On Call24/7 for a period of one week and be prepared to answer phone calls in the evening and weekend
- Expected to answer phones during busy hours and possibly during a designated time frame
- Other duties,as assigned
- Rare occasional (primarily domestic) travel may be required.

Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of professional work experience preferred
- Prior experienceliving, working,studying abroad
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Maintains a friendly and positive attitude on a day-to-day basis

- Advanced Communication Skills – Written and Oral
- Highly productive work habits and problem-solving skills
