We are looking for an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as a Service Associate in our Upper West Side ESL school. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, be detail-oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks at once. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company and develop a career working as part of a team to help both immigrant and international students ._ Please do not apply if you are not fully bilingual English/Spanish nor if you are not in commuting distance to our school_.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to work in a team-based environment.
• Be able to adhere to strict regulations and deadlines.
• Be willing to work afternoons and evenings .
• Be able to work with a large quantity of information.
• Be able to organize, sort, and prioritize information.
• Have knowledge of basic computer programs and applications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
