Victory Recovery Partners is an Outpatient Addiction Recovery Center looking for full time counselors, bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred, to work in our Farmingville, NY (Suffolk County) location. The positions include patient centered care - performing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, case management, group and individual counseling, crisis management, and development of treatment and discharge plans.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy for assigned caseload.
• Provide case management for assigned caseload.
• Furnish in-depth psychosocial assessments and screenings to determine appropriateness for treatment and level of care.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed with referrals to assist clients in meeting their treatment plan and goals.
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in compliance with OASAS guidelines.
• Document all notes from patient sessions in Electronic Medical Records system.

Experience, Education and Required Skills/Abilities:

• CASAC, CASAC-T, LMSW, LMHC and MSW certifications/licensure.
• Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Record systems.
• Experience and comfortability with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

Salary commensurate with experience.
