Substitute Grounds Help
The district is seeking individuals interested to serve as substitutes for school grounds help. This will be an on call position.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience operating mowing equipment
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
- Motivated individual who pays attention to detail
- Willingness to help out where needed
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, yard work
- Misc maintenance and clean up jobs
- To follow directions given by supervisor (Director of Support Services)
Preference will be given to the candidate who:
- Possesses the best qualifications and relevant experience
- Ability to work when needed
Compensation:
- As per the 22-23 substitute wage scale
- Grounds $13.70 per hour
