Teacher/Tutor (Summer) Learning Center/ ELA (Several Open Positions)
Are you a college student pursuing an education degree? Are you a retired teacher? Do you have a bachelor's degree and have a passion for educating students and making a difference in a their lives? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Huntington Learning Center is looking for teachers to help students succeed in their education!
This position is off-site and will involve working with 4th to 6th-grade students either one on one or in small groups. To ensure that the students have a successful educational experience, all of our Teachers will attend paid training with an experienced Huntington Director. This includes learning about our content and strategy - no need to create your lesson plans!

This is an offsite teaching position in Lawrence Township Schools, within close proximity to Huntington Learning Center in McCordsville.

- Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 8a - 2p weekdays June 5th - June 29th.
After-school tutoring opportunities are also available at Huntington Learning Center McCordsville!
- Hours: 3p-8p M-Th, 9am -3pm Saturday.
- Leading one on one or small group sessions in reading comprehension and basic math.
- Ability to successfully teach with limited supervision.
- All curriculum is provided - no need to create your lesson plans.

Education Level: Bachelors Degree.
Must Haves:
- Passion for learning and helping kids.
- Bachelor's Degree or pursuing an education degree.
- Experience teaching or tutoring and working with kids.
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
- Available during school hours.
- Ability to follow district procedures.
Good To Have:
- Teaching Certification.
- Experience teaching in a classroom.
