What You Will Be Doing
Superintendents are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Required to work effectively with Project Managers, Field Engineers, Foreman, and other departments to deliver successful projects to owners, on time and on budget with the highest desired level of quality. The duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
What You Need for this Position
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of Project Superintendent-related experience in geotechnical/construction. Commercial, private, and public works construction experience required.
- 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role.
- 10+ years of construction experience.
- Knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential.
- Working knowledge and competence of Microsoft Office, including MS Teams, Bluebeam.
