Field Superintendent / Lead Foreman Residential Construction (Tahoe City/Truckee area)

High end custom home construction company is seeking a Field Superintendent / lead foreman to join our team with extensive experience in new high-end custom residential construction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• · Pre-construction to completion
• · Supervise & manage crews through all phases of construction
• · Coordinates with Project Management team on project activity
• · Read and interpret plans and specifications
• · Problem solving skills

Requirements and Qualifications

• · Seeking extensive experience with high-end custom construction
• · Excellent leadership skills to manage projects
• · Organizational and time management skills

Compensation:

Starts at $45-65/Depending on experience
