Supervising Dispatcher- Arrow Security Long Island Region

Position Summary:

As an integral member of our Operations team, the Supervising Dispatcher is responsible for handling the day-to-day maintenance of scheduling coverage, tour commanders under their tours and the ability to handle and make quick responsible company driven decisions. The Supervising Dispatcher is professional, resourceful, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to quickly communicate any risk to upper management and the executive team.

The Supervising Dispatcher works in conjunction with Operations and HR departments to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional employee and client experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a staff of 3-4 dispatchers on duty
• Ability to maintain and mentor staff by continuous training
• Ability to Multi-task and make quick responsible decisions
• Accomplish Command Center objectives by managing staff planning and evaluating activities
• Develops personal growth opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Min 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in the Security industry
• Min 1 year of supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of computer software/applications
• High school diploma/GED
• Proof of residency/right to work in the U.S.
