Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial service preferred

Education:

• High school diploma/GED

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to communicate in English; ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Attention to detail and demonstrated customer service skills

Working conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Regular, recurring and prolonged physical exertion such as standing or walking for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, crawling, and stretching is necessary
• Exert 10-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects and must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds
• Frequent repetitive hand/wrist motions and finger manipulation
• Requires normal/corrected vision and hearing to normal range
• Recurring exposure to moderate risks which require special safety and health precautions and the use of Personal Protective Equipment; risks such as exposure to housekeeping cleaning agents, odors, dust, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals; exposure to blood borne pathogens and outdoor weather conditions
