Supervisor-Outbound Shipping (Core Hours 8AM-5PM)
-Requires internal job experience-
Responsibilities:
- Ensures effective movement of material and use of resources within assigned area
- Coordinates workflow for the team developing and utilizing leads ensuring task completion
- Runs reports to accurately measure and monitor processes utilizing WMS and ensuring production and quality standards are met
- Conducts performance management to include employee feedback, evaluations, corrective actions
- Ensures accurate timekeeping working with payroll on adjustments
- Looks for opportunities for continuous improvement; works closely with assigned manager providing input on overall performance
- Interacts daily with management, employees and internal customers; provides positive interaction to maximize employee morale / engagement, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Pristine Auction experience in assigned operations preferred
- Minimum one-year supervisory / lead-type experience preferred
- Strong people skills with ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written
- Job competencies (either demonstrated or ability to develop) include decision quality, delegation, motivating others, time management
