Pay starts at $18.50 per hour (includeds $15 base plus monthly bonus).
Evening and weekend availability required.

About the Position:
In this role you will participate in the following: merchandising, product selection, customer service, department cleanliness, facing & stocking.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in supplement retail sales preferred.
Extensive knowledge of supplements and medicinal herbs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible availability.
Willingness to ask questions and continually learn about our store and our industry.
Strong work ethic.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to provide and receive feedback to grow and develop you and your team.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. repeatedly.
Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift.
Ability to conduct repeated overhead lifting.
Operate (at minimum) the following in a correct and safe manner: Telephone and intercom system, ordering/pricing handhelds, hand truck, box cutter, PC, internet search engine.
