Salary Range $40,000-$48,000

Job Summary

The principal responsibility for the Supply Chain Admin is assist Supply Chain Team in the distribution and logistics required for the timely and efficient distribution and transportation of all products. Key responsibilities include communicating with distribution and food/non-food supplier partners and supporting OTB Field Operations and the Support Center Team. Provides day-to-day clerical support, assists in maintaining data and recommendations on inventory management, product tracking, and logistics.

Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions

• Support and resolve restaurant Operations supply chain issues and questions
• Maintain distributor inventory files
• Monitor assigned inventory categories and escalate issues
• Maintain distribution Key Performance Indicators
• Maintain distributor contract/price auditing tools
• Support new product and new menu roll-outs, communicate new product information to all key personnel
• Support supply chain activities for new restaurant openings
• Communicate as directed with distribution and logistics partners
• Work with relevant departments to track and monitor inventory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products reach restaurants in optimal timeframes
• Interface frequently inter-departmentally in meetings and presentations
• Participate in Ad hoc projects
• Promote and support company policies, mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity

Qualifications

Education:

• Some college preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, food service, distribution/logistics or related experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Competency level in MS Office applications
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Self-motivated
