The Supply chain analyst responsible to serve as the contact and leader for handling all customer service questions and follow up, including, but not limited to multiple facilities and status of inbound goods, and status of priority product to ensure timely receipt and shipment of goods. This includes both advising the divisional and operational teams on broad process improvement issues, as well as providing technical expertise. Specifically, pointing out potential opportunities inherent in strategic and day-to-day management of divisional and operational activities, as well as having responsibility for planning and executing daily work flow and priorities.
This position will work on-site at our Junction City, KS DC.
This is a salaried position paid monthly. The anticipated annual compensation range for this role is $47650 - $52000 / year; however, qualifications and experience will be considered.
Working hours: Tuesday trough Saturday from 6am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively when dealing with internal and external customers by demonstrating a positive, customer service, and team-oriented demeanor.
- Supports the Account Executives in daily activities, such as ordering and coding trailers/containers, tracking Special and Emergency pick flow, maintaining and distributing daily reports, and researching PO information.
- Responsible to update, evaluate, and communicate the status of inbound merchandise and/or shipment information to all levels of organization.
- Assist in determining appropriate volume and freight mix for Inbound Operation to ensure priorities and commitments are met and operational completion is attainable
- Partner with Account Executives to build the Daily Inbound List.
- Ensure priorities are performed and retail receipt goals are met.
- Identify and reacts to any reconciliation and/or issues with the flow of inbound merchandise.
- Partnered accountability for ensuring that launch is delivered to the stores on time ensuring sales.
- Understand basic operational flow and relationships throughout the service center.
- Prepare process/cost analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in business related discipline preferred or equivalent one to three years of related experience.
- Past success in a retail distribution or manufacturing environment with a company recognized for their Process Improvement and optimization leadership.
- Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management (WMoS), YMS, and HOST experience helpful.
- MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to work on teams as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple high priority projects and maintain day to day needs of the teams this position supports.
- High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Assist with projects and analyses to support new business initiatives as needed.
