The Opportunity:
Provide support to the Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and raw material, the allocation of inventory to regional distribution centers/channels to maintain in-stock position and issuing shop orders for the prepping of raw materials into finished goods. Responsible for timely and effective reporting and communication, timely fulfillment, consistency, and issue resolution for these tasks.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Inventory Trouble Shooting and Investigation:
- Work directly with appropriate staff regarding the receiving, inspection, movement, and prepping of product to meet go live and backorder dates. Communicate with supervisor regarding product availability and backorder issues.
- Verify the accuracy of the information coming out of the system and act upon the signals accordingly.
- Identify scenarios that may cause inventory or availability issues for the Analyst—be proactive in the identification and communication of issues for your own brands while sharing knowledge and collaborating with other coordinators to prevent issues in other brands.
- Work with the DC’s, Systems, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition at product launches, promotion events and product pulls, including necessary system supports through MTQs, LOC GROUPS, etc.
- Identify process issues, and work with the appropriate departments to address them including but not limited to Past Due Orders, Invoices on Hold, OTIF reports to ensure we are taking care of any issues that need resolution.
Allocation and distribution of product.
- Review and determination of inventory allocation across regional distribution centers/selling channels through review of On Board Shipment (OBS) report, effective communication of inventory positions across business functions through Sku Flow Details, Out of Stock Spreadsheets, CAT and RTL Backorder Reports, PUB project lists, and MPN conversions in collaboration with Supply Analyst, as needed.
- Issue shop orders or initiate IPT (inter-plant transfer) movement as needed to support the forecast and replenishment signals out of the system/reporting, including recommendation of shipment methods.
- Provide and exchange information with the Floor Scheduler by providing information and support in rework projects, MPN Conversions, and pricing changes.
- Allocate inventory to channels as needed to achieve an equitable “out of stock” date.
- Ensure smooth transitions during part number conversions.
- Proactively work with our production floor and DC leadership to identify capacity issues and resolve priority concerns. Identify projects that will need to be completed to support store openings, prewrap, year-end product allocations, and liquidation efforts. Issue purchase orders as directed by Supply Analyst. Maintain purchase order due dates in the Oracle system using data provided by vendors and AGHK.
- Collaborate with the Supply Analyst to verify accuracy of information going into the Oracle PRP1 system.
- Support promotional and Marketing activities by reviewing, communicating, and balancing appropriate inventories to necessary locations and ownerships
Other responsibilities may include:
- Participate in best practice sharing to ensure efficiency among the coordinators. .
- Provide a point of contact for distribution centers and prepping to streamline communication
- Provide administrative support to the Supply Analyst as needed. Gather information & reports as needed. Strong excel skills and the ability to multi-task are required. Collaborate for best practices with other Coordinators and Supply Analysts
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations with a good understanding of Materials Requirements Planning; Distribution; Supply Chain

- Able to communicate changing priorities effectively, while maintaining responsibilities to their own brand(s).
- Ability to be a strong advocate for consistency in the approach of tasks, meeting deadlines for task completion for projects that occur on a regular basis.
- Ability to juggle a variety of tasks and priorities, and the ability to react quickly and efficiently to the needs of the business.
- Attention to detail, flexibility in time management and resilience that allows one to keep track of each product and where it is in the supply chain at any given time.
- Strong written and verbal communication that supports the ability to exchange pertinent and complete information on a timely basis is crucial.
- Change-oriented while providing excellent customer service to retail and direct channels, as well as internal operations customers.
- Must have ability to have strong attention to detail and the ability to see the “big picture” in order to support the Supply Analyst.
- Ability to represent department in meetings and in correspondence, requiring a professional demeanor and the ability to present and negotiate for their point of view.
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
The base hourly rate for this position is between $21.60 and $27.00.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
