Our expanding company is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Agent to join our Service and Parts team! Ricoma International is a global leader in the fashion and technology space, specializing in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and distribution of commercial embroidery machines and other apparel decoration products. Ricoma is looking for an individual to assist customers and our technicians in finding the right parts for their apparel machine, contribute to inventory control, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee Inventory control, supply and demand management, as well as cost control
• Data analysis to pin point trends to manage inventory control and supply and demand management
• Seek ways of improvement in supply and demand industry where it is necessary
• Interact with external and internal stakeholders to ensure coordination for all contributors
• Continuous purchasing and inventory transactions whilst overseeing management of processes and procedures to ensure supply chain performance
• Liaison between suppliers and Purchasing Department
• Understand and be able to manage multi-level bills through the entire process

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a parts store, embroidery industry, or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
• ERP System Knowledge Required
• Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge of embroidery machine parts is a PLUS, but not required
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Passion for delivering excellent customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, face-paced environment.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
