What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Supply Planning Specialist
in Eden, Prairie, MN
.

Management of short to midterm supply planning activities across all US plants by harmonizing demand between facilities while creating what if scenarios for review.
-
Leading internal collaboration with sales, operations, quality, and demand planning to ensure alignment of supply planning schedules.
-
Regularly reporting actual production yields & pass rates vs planning with a focus to align these metrics.

Develop, track, trend, and report KPIs to leadership & Management groups with an emphasis of optimizing our production network.
What you need:

Minimum five (5) years of professional experience required.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in Supply Planning.
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required.

Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Where you’ll be working:

Our Eden Prairie, MN, office is home to about 40 employees. While this location does not produce any product, our pleasant, modern office area is bustling with employees from Research and Development, Logistics, Sales and Marketing.
