Salary commensurate with credentials and experience.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required.
  • Four (4) years of work experience in customer service with one (1) year in an office environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate several detail-oriented projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, written, and spoken community skills needed with the ability to make small group presentations as well as remarkable skill in interacting with students on a one-on-one basis.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear and handle or feel objects and controls.
  • Must have physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office equipment such as, but not limited to, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be capable of sitting in stationary position for 50% or more of time.

Job Concepts

The Enrollment Management Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the Enrollment Management division. The Coordinator will provide guidance to students and their families on all aspects of enrollment management. This position is responsible for assisting in the planning of enrollment management events.

Examples of Work

  • Responsible for facilitating an exceptional customer service experience to prospective students and their parents ensuring consistency with institution, state and federal policies and procedures.
  • Interact daily with students, faculty, staff, and the public by phone, chat, and email on sensitive matters.
  • Organize and maintain a daily schedule of appointments and meetings.
  • Attend staff meetings, prepare minutes, and assists with follow up on specific assignments.
  • Assist with completion of special projects (such as preparation of reports, budget development).
  • Guide students through enrollment processes ensuring that accurate information is provided.
  • Provide assistance with campus tours and special recruiting events, as needed.
  • Collaborates with departments to assist in planning registration and outreach events.
  • Monitor departmental website, mobile app content, college catalog, and chatbot information to ensure that public facing information is timely, accurate, and relevant.
  • Assist in the compilation of divisional data and metrics to prepare reports (i.e., Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, Score Card).
  • Maintain inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
  • Develop reports as appropriate to job duties.
  • Work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete duties on a weekly basis and may include extended work hours during peak times.
  • Assist with or perform special projects as assigned.
