Join Avera as a Surgical Technologist and be an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients.
May be eligible for a $6,000 sign on bonus with a 2 year commitment with less than 2 years of experience or $10,000 for with a 3 year committment with 2 or more years of experience.

Job Summary
Assists the professional nursing staff of the O.R. in the execution of the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care for a specific group of patients.
Education and/or Experience
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program required.
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technician preferred.
Certification/Licensure/Registrations
- Successful completion of National Exam of Surgical Technicians preferred.
Work Schedule
- Ability to work various shifts as scheduled
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $22.00 - $31.75 per hour
