Responsibilities:
Working collaboratively with the Human Resources team of Norton Healthcare, the System Director of HR Operations will have the responsibility for developing, implementing and ensuring quality “state of the art” employee on-boarding, recognition, engagement and retention programs. The System Director of HR also has responsibility for HR policies and procedures and day-to-day application of these policies. These programs and policies will align with Norton Healthcare’s Strategic Plan. As well as day to day operational responsibilities for facility HR practices, the incumbent in this role will have accountability for achieving organizational employee engagement and retention outcomes. It is recognized this individual will function in a highly “matrixed” environment and, as a result, will demonstrate highly developed communication skills and a well developed ability to persuade others.

Required:
- Five years HR program management
- Bachelor Degree
Desired:
- One year in a healthcare setting
- Master Degree
- Professional in Human Resources
- Senior Professional in Human Resources
