What You Will Be Doing
- Servers, operating systems, and services installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting
- Perform, maintain, and implement backups of vital databases and systems.
- Respond to staff members' requests for support based on their importance and impact.
- Automated monitoring alarms for server and network infrastructure are created, deployed, responded to, and reported.
- Identifying trends in problems and occurrences through data collection can help with proactive problem solving and better service delivery.
- To achieve customer satisfaction metrics, provide top-notch customer service.
- Contribute to the knowledge base to advance the provision of services
- Participate in enhancing the firm IT infrastructure, policy, and practices in general
- Show your ongoing desire to study and grow by showcasing your education, credentials, or practical lab work.
What You Need for this Position
At least 1-2 years of Systems Administration experience
