Job description
- Create various dashboards to monitor application, admit counts, soar registrations, missing items, etc.
- Create stylesheets and HTML customizations for all forms, portals, communications within the new CRM.
- Develop new forms/portals in Slate CRM as needed to enhance onboarding process for applicants.
- Create/modify reports as needed using Argos, SQL, etc.
- Conducts testing of quarterly ERP releases.
- Will work with vendors on implementing or troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field and at least one year of related experience or an associate’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field with three years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with developing solutions. Knowledge of object-oriented programs with a demonstrated competency in source control. Experience with Banner or other higher-education enterprise system. Knowledge of relational databases and query languages. Knowledge of object-oriented languages such as Javascript and C.
Work Hours
Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Additional hours if/when needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary
Commensurate with education and experience. Administrative Paygrade 45.
