Description:
As the authority and - Principal, you will apply hardening techniques in the development of the all-new Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) missile:
  • Technical responsible for coordinating/ tasks and members within the team and be the liaison responsible for communicating/reporting out to partners, , and customers, as well as, collaborating with the Functional organization.
  • Be the primary technical adviser/consultant in the field of for program and customers.
  • Ensure that the -grade missile and space vehicle designs perform during and after exposure to natural and manmade from the component through system levels
  • Applying , electronics, and theories to complete various tasks related to the field
  • Conducting technical planning, specification derivation, modeling and, design, test planning and execution, documentation, verification/validation to support overall system needs and act as a technical consultant for management and customers
  • Work with LM Space Enterprise group and other internal subject matter experts and mentor rising talent on NGI and across Space.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in , Device , or a related field
  • Authority in Natural Space and Nuclear/Manmade environments and design hardness, and/or mitigation techniques.
  • Experience in using, or managing use of, Software tools for performing simulation (e.g., SPICE, PSPICE, etc.) and mathematical analyses (e.g., MATLAB, etc.)
  • Test laboratory environments and associated test disciplines and test equipment (e.g., data acquisition, oscilloscopes, analyzers, and/or signal generators)
  • Electronics and /or semiconductor and operation
  • The ability to acquire and maintain a security , therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
  • 20+ years of expertise in Natural Space and Nuclear/Manmade environments and/or mitigation techniques.
  • Specialist in software tools (e.g., NOVICE, Srim/Trim, Novice/Geant4, Creme96, Creme-mc, Shieldose, Spenvis, Omere, Ap8/Ap8, and Ap9/Ae9)
  • Experience working in design and certification of -grade rad-hard semiconductor components, units, and systems
  • Experience with Piece- testing, performance, and predictions
  • Experience working and collaborating with peers, senior specialists from within and outside the group, external customers and senior
  • anomaly resolution teams
  • Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with a proven track record to apply them to a wide range of sophisticated problems and train others in their application
  • Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or subject areas outside of Systems
  • Experience multi-functional teams and multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals through the exciting development phases
  • Active DoD

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite -time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Craig Technologies facility.
Work Schedules:
Craig Technologies supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $140,400 - $269,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Craig Technologies considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $161,500 - $304,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
