Job Summary
Recruiter II - "Hourly Recruiter - Healthcare"
Job Summary: As an Hourly Recruiter, you will work closely with our healthcare business to attract and hire frontline/hourly talent for the Tenet Healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Meets with each designated location to assess vacancies and strategize recruitment approach.
- Organizes and attends career fairs or other recruiting events.
- Establishes local partnerships to promote job openings and to attract talent.
- Takes steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepares and processes job requisitions and hiring paperwork on behalf of hiring managers, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three to five years’ experience working in talent acquisition in a high volume hospitality or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work independently and analyze data to solve complex problems and demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training (preferred).
