Talent Acquisition Associate

ABS Kids has an exciting Talent Acquisition Associate remote opportunity for someone who has an interest in getting their foot in the door with a growing company! In this role, you will generate leads for open positions using various sourcing techniques for an assigned region, provide administrative support to the Recruiters and review resumes/ send out interview requests for the Recruiters. This position has the opportunity for future growth with the Recruiting Team and larger People Operations team (which includes HR, HR Shared Services, payroll and recruitment marketing).

Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.

What Will You Do?

Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing tools and techniques, social media sourcing, professional networks and resume databases

• Execute candidate re-engagement/follow up campaigns
• Leverage social media sites to include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Meetup to source candidates
• Execute sourcing strategy for passive candidates through research, relationship building, complex internet, job board searches and talent pool database searching

o Email Marketing Campaigns

o Text Messaging Campaigns

• Creates, places and maintains advertisements for publications and online job postings.
• Follow up on all employee referrals to ensure candidate engagement and follow through
• Maintain candidate databases
• Monitor candidate care email and phone
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Who are we looking for?

• Prior experience in administrative support, entry HR level position, or similar role
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with sourcing techniques is helpful, but not required-we will train the right person!
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System is helpful but not required
• Bachelor’s degree
