Our company is seeking a talented and savvy Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. Candidates for this position must have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a passion for recruiting. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing recruiting strategies and must be able to organize files, schedule interviews and create promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and monitor interviews.
• Coordinate the recruiting process from start to finish.
• Manage the intern hiring process from start to finish.
• Plan and execute recruiting events, if applicable
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Complete emergency position-closing protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
